What is Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

 

The WiFi Creations Team uses a Fair Usage Policy also known as Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP).
We have a FUP for our clients in order to provide them with a stable internet experience. We have a system implemented that monitors clients' heavy usage; to ensure that our network is not put under strain and affects the rest of the clients on our network.

Our FUP Packages runs on a  10-day rolling period and WiFi Creations is committed to ensuring all subscribers have the ability to use its network and the Internet without interference from other subscribers. WiFi Creations Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) is focused on attaining these goals.

By using any of WiFi Creations services, clients agree to comply with this FUP and remains responsible for their data traffic. WiFi Creations retains the right to change or amend these terms of the FUP at any given time, by posting an updated version on its website at www.wificreations.com, and subscribers are deemed to have accepted any changes to the updated FUP by their continued use of WiFi Creations services.
