This Privacy Notice applies to Linki Fi Consulting Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as WiFi Creations, in partnership with LyFi Communications and Next Generation Technologies (collectively “we”, “us”, “partners”). We respect your privacy and process your personal information in compliance with the South African Constitution and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

WiFi Creations is a licensed ISP in South Africa, joined by LyFi Communications and Next Generation Technologies. Together, we deliver wireless connectivity, fibre, IoT, and smart-home solutions.

We collect the following information, as per POPIA definitions

Personal information: names, contact details, identity numbers, company/reg. numbers.
Special personal information (only with explicit consent or legal basis)
Technical data: IP address usage data
Communications records: emails, support calls, chat logs.

4. How and When We Collect Data

Directly from you via account setup, forms, emails, support calls.
From third parties (e.g., credit bureau, payment platforms) and affiliated partners.

5. Purposes & Legal Basis for Processing
We use your personal information only when legally justified:

To perform service contracts.

To comply with laws/regulatory requirements.
To uphold your rights or ours.
For legitimate interests (e.g. network performance, fraud prevention).
