The Service Provider offers a wide range of internet connectivity packages designed to meet the needs of both residential and business clients, with options varying in terms of bandwidth, speed, and cost to ensure accessibility and flexibility for different usage requirements.

While every effort is made to provide consistent service across all regions, the availability of specific packages, their pricing, and the quality of service ultimately depend on the geographical location of the client and the underlying network infrastructure in that area. Factors such as distance from the nearest transmission tower, frequency interference, line-of-sight obstructions, terrain, weather conditions, availability of backup power, and reliance on third-party infrastructure may limit or reduce the ability to deliver certain packages at full advertised speeds.

 

As such, not all packages advertised by The Service Provider may be available to every client, and service delivery is always subject to a technical feasibility study and site assessment. In addition, package pricing may vary in different regions depending on deployment costs, infrastructure upgrades required, or maintenance expenses linked to the client’s location. While The Service Provider endeavors to provide transparent and competitive pricing, adjustments may be necessary to reflect real-world technical constraints and regional factors.

 

Clients are advised that actual service performance may differ from theoretical or advertised speeds due to these limitations, and The Service Provider cannot guarantee that the maximum package speeds will always be consistently achieved under all circumstances. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges and agrees that their choice of package and the price payable are subject to such geographical and infrastructural considerations, and further agrees that The Service Provider shall not be held liable for limitations, interruptions, or reductions in service quality arising from factors beyond its reasonable control. This amendment is intended to ensure transparency and fairness in how packages and pricing are determined, while protecting both the client’s interests and the operational integrity of the service provider.
